NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Independent School District 771 will receive letters of interest, along with qualifications, from qualified service providers until 1:00 PM CDT, Friday, May 11, 2012, for interested in providing District student transportation services for up to four (4) years commencing with school year 2012-13.

Quotations must be mailed or delivered, on or before the above date and time, in an envelope clearly marked “STUDENT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES” to:

On the above date and time authorized persons of Independent School district No. 771 will publicly open the letters received and read aloud the names.

After opening and reviewing the letters of interest received, the District, at its sole discretion, may award a contract to more than one interested qualified service provider.  The District may also enter into direct negotiations with one or more qualified student transportation services provider(s) for a contract(s) with terms, rates and provisions agreeable to the District.

Chokio-Alberta Public School, Independent School District No. 771 is using the direct negotiation process, with the optional written quotation, established by Minnesota Statutes 2009, Section 123B.52, Subd. 3 for the procurement of this contract, and disclaims usage of any other contract procurement options allowed under applicable law.  The School District reserves the right to reject any and all negotiations or quotations and waive irregularities therein, and further reserves the right to award a contract to the lowest responsible service provider that is in the best interest of Chokio-Alberta Public School, Independent School District 771.

Notice of Final Payment Hearing

 The Bois de Sioux Watershed District Engineer’s Report on the contract with Robert R. Schroeder Construction Inc. has been filed as the work on said contract is complete.

The Bois de Sioux Watershed District Board of Managers shall hear said report, pursuant to M.S. 103E555, on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 8:45 a.m. at the Bois de Sioux Watershed District Office located at 704 South Highway 75, Wheaton, MN 56296.
